FAQ

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is a $30 delivery fee on all orders within the 25 mile radius of our HQ in Austin (near the Domain). For Dallas, or anywhere outside of the radius, please inquire! 

Do you have a store to pick up?

No, we are a delivery service only but we can set you up at a safe location near the Domain for a pick up/delivery fee of $10.


What are your hours?

Sun: 11am - 8pm
Mon: 11am - 9pm
Tue-Sat: 10am-10pm
(note: hours may vary – due to weather/holidays)


Do you accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Credit Card or App payments?

No, it is cash on delivery. Please try to have exact change for your order as driver does not carry any change. Tips are always greatly appreciated!


Verification Process?

For our safety we need to verify you are 21+. Send a text to (512)993-0393 of a selfie holding your ID showing clear photo of DOB and expiration date (Driver License or Passport) to arrange a delivery time and location. You are welcome to conceal any sensitive information.
